Over the weekend I thought I would be clever and make some sourdough! After doing some research I found I had to make a yeast ‘starter’ and it was going to take a week before I could make anything 🙁
After a little me searching I found a recipe that allowed me to have bread in 24 hours AND using my breadmaker.
I used the below recipe and made 1 loaf, returning the next day to make another. The second loaf I left out the sugar in the bread mix as I found the first loaf rather sweet.
After slicing my bread and placing in the freezer I had a lot of starter left and thought I would make rolls! Fair to say they were RATHER yummy.
